Our Distinctives
We hold to the following distinctives
Expository Preaching
Expository preaching simply explains what the Bible says, and what it means by what it says. We believe this is the wisest method to communicate and understand the Bible.
Jesus and His Word are Central
We do not design our worship services and ministries around the felt needs of the people, cultural trends, or statistical information about what people want, but around the person and gospel of Jesus Christ.
Historical Reformed Doctrines of Grace
We teach that God is completely the author of salvation. A person is saved from wrath by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone, for the glory of God alone.
Elder Led
We believe the biblical norm for church leadership is a plurality of spiritually mature men.
Autonomy
We are not controlled by a denomination. Jesus Christ is the church’s one King.
Mission
We are involved in going and making disciples locally and around the world, as our Lord has commanded.
Believer’s Baptism by Immersion
We believe this is the only mode of Baptism practiced in the New Testament. We baptize believers.
Regenerate Church Membership
We believe that only those who are born again qualify for church membership and therefore should show evidence to that reality.
Evangelistic in Attitude
We believe that Christians must be involved in evangelism, both locally and globally. We believe that churches must be committed to the Great Commission by endeavoring to reach their communities with the gospel of Jesus Christ, and by prayerfully and financially supporting missionaries, evangelists, and church planters in spreading the gospel to the ends of the Earth.

Intentional discipleship that promotes joyful holiness and obedience to Scripture.

Committed service that allows the exercise of spiritual gifts.
Strategic Training
Strategic training that produces excellence in ministry and leadership.
Gospel Proclamation
Gospel proclamation that fulfills the Great Commission.
